This hotel has a super strategic location, close to major attractions, and you can easily grab a ride. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful and polite. The rooms were clean, and I enjoyed the high water pressure in the shower and the good WiFi. Plus, having convenience stores nearby was a nice touch!

Had a great Easter weekend! Loved the complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs upon arrival, such a sweet touch! the hotel is located in the heart of town so everything was within walking distance. the room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the city. the staff were polite and attentive to our needs. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.
The lack of soundproofing was unfortunate. We could hear the noise from the hallway and the street below which disturbed our sleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. Additionally, there was ample parking available.

Conveniently located near various amenities and attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They promptly addressed our request for additional towels. There were plenty of nearby dining options to choose from.
The room size was a bit small and the shower door design was inconvenient. The toilet had a slight odor.

The hotel's location offers many convenient options for dining out, with several restaurants near the town center. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with friendly staff providing good service. There were options for breakfast, and the view was amazing from the balcony or the windows.
The hotel lacked a sufficient number of TV channels in the room given its budget traveller ambience.

During my Christmas staycation, the hotel offered good value for money with spacious rooms that included two large beds. Its prime location also allowed for easy access to banks and various amenities. What stood out the most was the proximity to several shops like Family Mart and KFC. The hotel also boasted a sizable bathroom, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day out.
My good experience was dampened by poor housekeeping and maintenance. The room was not clean upon arrival, with dirty cups and trays from the previous stay.
